Product Selection Criteria
The EPR Product Evaluation Tool was developed by the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment.
It is designed as an evaluation tool which systematically allows the user to consider implementation of an EPR program for one or more candidate products by answering a series of questions (criteria). This tool is designed for flexibility by allowing the unique circumstances of the user to be included.
